By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and other methods supported by Razorpay. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
We ship across India. A shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹999. Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Returns are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Rental items must be returned in the same condition as received.
Rental jewellery sets are available for a fixed rental period. Items must be returned in the original condition. Any damage or loss of rental items will be charged to the customer. Rental deposits, if applicable, will be refunded upon satisfactory return of items.
